Online Campus Classlist Issues

Did a Student Contact You?

If a student has contacted you stating they should be in your Online Campus course, first check your ChargerNet Banner class roll. If the student is not listed there, they may have been purged and they will need to register for the class.

Is your Classlist incorrect in Online Campus?

Send an email to helpdesk@columbiastate.edu using your Columbia State email (Do not send this email in Online Campus.)

You must include the following information:

Text: Please sync my ChargerNet/Banner class roll and Online Campus classlist. *indicate if the student is or is not on the classlist in Online Campus.
